With the return of activities after the pandemic, Sérgio and Odair began preparing the celebratory tour marking 60 years of career, titled Farewell.
The tour officially began in 2025, with performances in Brazil, Japan, and Europe—all sold out and with audiences rising to their feet even before the first note, in reverence to the extraordinary trajectory of the two guitarists who, born into humble circumstances, became absolute references and helped redefine the course of the guitar on the world stage. A legacy built with authenticity, excellence, sensitivity, and love.
In 2026, the project continues into the United States, expanding the celebration.
And the chapter that comes after that… is another story.
